Search Engine Marketing. WOW. The key to taking a business from the bottom to the top.
To go straight into what we learned in class:
PPC(pay-per-click): Advertiser pays the publisher when the ad is clicked
CPC(cost-per-click): Refers to the actual price you pay when the ad is clicked on
CTR(click-through-rate): Is the amount of people who click on the ad after seeing it

Each of these 3 topics we learned in class have a very important role in making sure that the website gets as many views as possible. The better the website is and the more views it gets makes advertisers want to invest in that site, this is known as PPC. While CPC refers to the actual price they are willing to pay to have their ad at the top of the page. I personally think that CTR is the coolest because of how it can show you how many people saw your ad and how many people were interested enough to click on it. From this info you can tell if your website is being advertised in the right spot.
Thought this was a link to the Bass Pro Shops site, thats a nasty trick by you and I don’t approve. That being said, you reeled me in (get it?) with that thumbnail, then threw me back (how about that one?) some information. I think what your blog has that most don’t is just prefacing things with what people are generally looking for in an academic search: a definition. Give the people what they want- if its good enough for Campbell’s Chunky, its good enough for you. All and all, good post, but I’m still looking for a good deal on a fly rod.
I really liked the way you wrote out the information in your blog, it was very informative and easy to read.
Very good blog, though I do wish the font was larger. Overall I enjoyed reading it and love how you put your own personal flare onto it.
