In this week’s blog I’d like to talk about what Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is and how it works. From what we learned in class SEO is something that was created to help you get to what you’re looking for the fastest on the internet. Google has a specific formula that can make your website go from being just average to the best!
What you should know:
- The more keywords or phrases you have to the search the more likely your page is to pop up
- Set a goal that you’d like to achieve so that you’re constantly improving your page.
- The formula is constantly changing so trying new things will help to keep your page at the top
SEO can be your biggest strength or your biggest weakness. Understanding how to keep your website up to date will help your page get the more views. Just keep adjusting, developing and tuning the content!
