In my opinion one of the best things a website can do is be precise with its information. What I mean by this is instead of having multiple tabs for everything and making the user search for answers, make the answers easy to find. Nothing is worse than trying to figure out what someone does or what the site is about, and it takes a few minutes to do so. When the user visits your site they want answers, that is why they are on your site after all. Whether that is to see what type of photos you take or how you use recycled material to make clothing. All of these answers should be easy to find.
After all, the user experience is half the battle. Lastly, making your site organized and easily navigable makes the experience that much better and could easily bring more traffic and revenue to your company. Especially when your site is laid out in a way that just makes sense and your tabs lead them right to the answers they are looking for.
