Social media has become a popular approach for marketers. Marketers target influencers who are either hubs or pumps. Hubs are people with a lot of network connection while pumps are just people who post a lot. Either way, they’re both good options for marketing your product or service. This can either be paid for or done for free. Better know as organically or paid. Organically would be through word of mouth. On the other hand, you would pay for your followers if you choose to pay for advertisement.

To determine if your advertising is working, you can measure a few things. On platforms such as Instagram, you can track how many impressions and interactions for each post. From there you can calculate conversion by seeing who clicks the link for the product and then proceeds to buy. Overall, this will let you know what advertising methods are working and what ones are not so that you can adjust things.
