Getting the recognition that your website deserves is getting harder and harder these days. Whether its getting your company started or keeping it relevant, increasing search engine optimization (SEO) is necessary. Today’s top used search engine is Google. It has an algorithm in place that will avoid listing irrelevant websites that take part in bad practices such as:
1. Duplicate Content
2. Keyword Stuffing
3. Guest Posting for Link
4. Accepting low quality guest posts
5. Cloaking/invisible text
6. Too many adds above the fold
7. Paid link
8. Not using Google webmaster tools
9. Having a ton of outgoing links
10. Slow/Unavailable links/websites
With that being said, there are still plenty of alternatives when it comes to doing SEO in a more organic manner. Digital advertising is one of the key components in increasing SEO. Digital marketing focuses on the necessary to promote the best results.
1. Social Media marketing
Marketing on social media can potentially be done in two big ways. From having influencers advertise your company and share your page to simply creating engaging content. Having a reach on social media (facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter) can reach potential new customers while engage with existing customers.
2. Website design
Making sure your company’s has an engaging website that will captivate your target market will ensure the increase of SEO. Having an understanding of what your customers are more likely to appreciate will take a few runs of A/B testing.
3. Review management
With the increase of online shopping, the public as a whole is more likely to write and read reviews on products, services, and companies. Keeping the public aware of how well you’re doing is a key component of SEO. Having proper review management software can be pretty easy and it’d involve SMS, email, and promoting those very reviews on the website and again on the social media site.
Anyone that finds this blog post will have no problem improving their SEO, if they follow your tips. I also wrote about social media(influencer) marketing so I agree 100% with you on that. Great job!! 🙂
