Love the fat twitter bird imagery, made me want to read your blog post. The way you organized and formatted your text is visually appealing and easy to read. However, each bullet point had two words and could use some expansion. To those outside of our class, STEPPS would need to be explained.

Your excerpt really made me want to read your blog post, as everyone wants to run social media effectively and some tips are always good to know. Your blog post is very easy and straightforward. I could agree with the comment above from Sheriana. Even though I believe bullet points is the way to go, sometimes some bullet points can use some explanation. And also, I do think the very first step to use social media effectively is to know your goals and what is the purpose of social media on each one of your goals to achieve the results you want to achieve.
