When it comes to web marketing there are a lot of fun and not-so-fun things to talk about and experiment with. Especially when it comes to making an effective website.
Call to Action

A call-to-action(CTA) on a website is a short, descriptive instruction that tells the reader what to do. Having call-to-action buttons on a website helps consumers navigate through your website more efficiently and quickly. For CTA buttons use active verbs and clear instructions. Also, try to have the buttons be colorful to help draw attention.
Credibility

One thing you also want from your customers is their trust. There are a few ways you can make your website seem more trustworthy to your consumers. One way is to have a security certificate. Which basically is when looking at the URL in your search and seeing that “https://” at the beginning of the URL. Another way is having testimonials on your website. That could be some pictures of reviews that your customers have posted online.
Vector vs. Raster Imaging

Something else that you want to be keen on when making an effective website is its design. One thing I particularly like is pictures of the company and of products, but with this, you want to have clear, easy-to-see pictures. This is where vector images vs. raster images come into play. A vector image is a math-based image, while a raster image is a pixel-based image. Depending on what you have images of on your website will depend if you want to have a vector or raster image.
There are many tools and ideas to help have an effective website. These just happen to be a few.
