Credibility

One thing about a website that draws in more views and potential customers is the credibility that site has. No one wants to see anything fake or outrageous on a site. Having good credibility establishes trust within your audience. For example, this blog. I had to read a chapter out of a textbook and pick something that stood out to me to write this. So the knowledge I’m sharing is backed up with my textbook. 

A website has to look like a customer expects it to look like. An important factor that a business or anyone needs on a website is an “About Us” section. This allows your audience to get to know you or your business on a more personal kind of level. It allows the audience to find out why you run your business the way you do and it’s also a good idea to write about any charities you donate to or any recycling you may do on this page

By having a credible site, you gain trust with everyone. Even adding in some testimonials from recent customers on how your products are let’s everyone know that you are trustworthy. We tend to get so caught up in building websites and not taking time to realize how important it truly is to build trust with people.
