My favorite topic about “Web marketing: Effective Websites” was when we talked about how weather can determine when and how people shop online. People tend to shop online for different things depending on the weather, in the cold weather I am usually shopping for things that I can wear when its hot because that is usually when its cheaper. During the summer time that is when I am looking for hoodies and pants because that is when online shopping is usually cheaper for those items. For me, in different seasons and in different weather I am shopping online for the opposite attire because I know thats when it will most likely be on sale.
Rainy Weather: When its raining I often do a lot of online shopping as well, I notice more coupons and discounts when its raining. I usually don’t think about this type of thing but it really does happen this way, when its hot outside I’m not doing that much shopping online because I am outside enjoying the weather so I don’t really shop much during this type of weather.
