You also may not know that it is a huge part of the world economy at this point in time. Everything you could possibly need is online, and for companies, the internet is where huge growth can be found as well.
Digital Marketing is perhaps the most useful form of advertising available. Between it’s instantaneous ad launch to its minute by minute metrics, companies have more access to their customers than ever before. Heck, companies can target you base off what you type in your Google search bar. I would even wager that Google can remember your birthday before your own mother can, probably knows more about you than she does too.
Digital Marketing will continue to grow at a rapid rate for the foreseeable future. Every day there is a new way for customers to be targeted and pushed to buy things, no wonder credit card debt has never been higher! These tools will only get more and more advanced and companies better make sure they are investing the larger part of their advertising budget to it. Whether it is tricking Google to put your company at the top of a search page for free, or following a customer to their next 7 websites with ads in the side bar.
