Measurable
Being able to track your progress Ex: using PPC or CPM
Relevant
Making sure that the goal is relevant to the vision of the company or organization. Ex: Realistically selling 1/4 of your inventory.

Attainable
Making your goals ambitious but not out of this world. Goal that is challenging but not impossible. Ex: Selling 5 more computers each month for the rest of the year.
Timely
Making sure there is a deadline for your goals. Ex: Creating more social media likes by the end of December 2020.
