Social Media
Social media had once become a thing for users to communicate with friends relatives or even strangers virtually and in real time. It started by being able to send messages through the internet and receive them within seconds, then being able to share photos and make accounts for yourself to share your life events. Social media has come a long way since the invention of it. Now you can send almost anything you can imagine with a click of a button such as photos, messages, payments, reservations, videos, anything you can think of. With thousands off different social media platforms it seems as if everything you could imagine already exists, but somehow there are different apps and websites coming out every single day. Social media is one of the most popular things in the world if not the most popular. With that being said Marketing on these platforms has become one of the leading ways to get your products and or services out there in order to become successful.

Marketing using Social Media
Social media was not intended to be the biggest marketing tactic but in todays world it is. There is not a single social media platform you can use without there being some sort of marketing Ad or tactic of some sort on the page you’re on. Most platforms use marketing as a form of revenue for their operations to keep the website and or app up to date and running and make it a successful business. As a seller of a service or product a lot of the platforms make it very easy for you to make a business account where you can pay for advertisements and easily develop the Ad picture, video, or excerpt you would like to place on one of those sites. Of course it is not free and you need to pay for your custom Ads, nowadays its not as easy as it was to have them displayed on others computers or phones. A lot more goes into it such as ratings and the type of ads you would like to pay for as well as which phrases or keywords you decide will make your Ad pop up. It is not the cheapest thing to do but with almost every company using social media marketing as a business strategy, you almost have to jump on the train and do the same so consumers are able to find what you’re offering.

Conclution
If your business hasn’t hopped onto social media marketing quite yet, this might be the next thing you should put on your to-do list if you want to stay relevant with competitors and be successful in the field you are marketing to. With Social media having hundreds of millions of users daily, what better way is there to reach out to people who have never heard of your company and acquiring new customers. Better to try and fail, then wonder what would of happened if you did.
